This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and the developer of Solace Seeker (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Solace Seeker on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the app except as permitted by law. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app, including its design, text, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must stop using the app and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what Solace Seeker does — and does not — do with your information.
Saved Solace Spots and your app preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate servers that collect, sync, or back up this data.
Microphone audio is analyzed live, on-device, to estimate sound levels. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. Motion, magnetometer, and light-sensor values are processed in real time to compute disturbance scores and are not uploaded.
Solace Seeker does not require an account and does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers that identify you personally.
You can permanently remove all saved spots and reset your preferences at any time from Settings → Data → Delete all data. Removing the app also deletes its local data.
Solace Seeker is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
